1.Go to Control pannel
2.find and click "Turn Windows feature on or off".
3.Now wait for features.
after some second system find features
4.Now find telnet server and telnet client form list and check both of them
then click OK , wait for some seconds , then restart your system.
5.Then Press windows+R and type "telnet" and hit enter
Your Telnet is Start working
that's it
Note:- if u want to disable it Do all a to 4 step , but in 4 step un check telnet server and telnet client.
thats it u just Disable telnet services
