Right Click On my computer
Choose Manage Option.
then Choose Device Manager From Left pannel
Now Click On View And Choose Show Hidden Devices
Now U c a list of Hidden Devices .
click on Non-plug and Play Driver
Now select Beep Option
Right Click On Beep Option and Choose Properties option
Now goto Driver tab and choose Disable Option from Drop Down list of start up
then press ok
Restart your System
That's it
